The hall will be open to sellers from 7am for penning, please go to the reception desk first to obtain your paperwork for your entered lots.

  • A brief description written on the cage or box is also helpful for buyers, especially if the lot has changed on the day.

  • Please fully complete an entry form with full details and send to address on the entry form along with payment for your lots.


  • Entry forms need to be submitted seven days prior to the auction date at the latest. 


  • Confirmation of entries will be comunicated by email or telephone prior to the auction.


  • For welfare reasons, birds must be displayed in suitable boxes at the auction and have clean drinking water. Please click on the examples below for box ideas.  (A brief description wrote  on the box is also helpful for buyers)


  • If you require use of cages then these must be requested in advance by telephone or email. Cages are very limited - its first come first served !


  • All unsold lots must be collected at the end of the auction.


  • There is a 15% commisson charge on all sales
